"Such a seamless experience! Checked in online and had no wait. The staff was very friendly and efficient and the Doctor was kind and thorough. I left there with peace of mind after a chest X-ray and felt so much better after a breathing treatment. Can’t say enough about what a great experience this visit was!"

"The one star would be for the bright and cleanly waiting area, along with the friendly clerk and nursing staff. Otherwise, this was such a negative experience and a complete waste of over an hour. I took my son in for a chronic productive cough and shortness of breath knowing not only as his mother, but as a registered nurse, that he had bronchitis and expected a provider to prescribe an antibiotic and a steroid. He was seen by Caitlyn, the PA, who is young and clearly inexperienced and would not listen to me. In a nutshell, she said his cough was related to post nasal drip and asthma and prescribed a cough suppressant. My son was livid and unfortunately made it verbally known and for that, I apologize for his behavior. We left and drove to FOCUS Care just down Transit Road and were in and out within 15 minutes, with the diagnosis of bronchitis and prescriptions secured. Now, that’s how it’s done. I will be contacting my insurance provider on Monday, as they should not be billed for her service and I expect my co pay to be refunded. I would not recommend this location to anyone."

"WNY Immediate Care advertises as an alternative to the Emergency Room, and website says they treat lacerations and broken bones. Went there with my son to get treatment after a bicycle accident (suspected he needed stitches for deep cut on hand). They looked at it, then told us they could not provide adequate treatment there and to go to the ER, which was the obvious next step that we already knew, which we did. Then they sent a bill for $405! I called to complain that this was an unreasonable charge for not receiving any medical care at all, not even an x-ray (turns out his wrist was broken, too--missed that diagnosis altogether)! Sent them a letter to that effect, too. It's no problem if you don't have the skills or tools to provide the service, but then don't charge money as if you did anything useful! The resonse was that they sent debt collectors after me. What a hassle on top of wasting time at their clinic during an acute need for medical care. Will definitely never go there again!"

"Came in for a migraine & the PA & Ariel (I think that was her name) were wonderful! Gave me a migraine cocktail that made me feel so much better! Service was fast & the medical staff were caring & listened to my concerns! Definitely would go back..hopefully I won't have to but if I do..I'm going here."

"This is the second time I’ve brought my daughter there and was very happy . I didn’t wait long at all and everyone we had contact with was great and super nice. This includes front desk, nurse/ assistant , doctor and X-ray technician. They took their time they were not trying to rush us in and out , super friendly and the even told us a couple jokes and made us laugh. Definitely will go there in the future."
