"My kids have gone here for a few months now and I wish I had never enrolled. I found out Monday that one of the teachers used her PERSONAL PHONE to take a picture of my 3 year old daughter on the toilet with her pants down and sent it over FACEBOOK to my daughter's father. When I talked to the director, I was told that this was a "misunderstanding". I saw the picture. I understand completely. Instead of firing the teacher for literally committing a crime they are promoting her to head teacher for the toddlers. I am disgusted and in disbelief and have pulled my kids from this daycare because they seem to be okay with teachers crossing VERY OBVIOUS BOUNDARIES. Do yourself a favor and check their records, they are rarely in compliance with state regulations.This daycare needs to be shut down."
"I had very bad experience, they contact us with very short time to let us know that they have shortage stuff or they selected our baby to stay home today. Finally, problem resolved within almost a month. teachers are not corporative and not professionals, made me feel I and my baby are not welcome."
"Bright beginnings has been nothing but wonderful since our arrival 3 years ago. Even through the pandemic, they were accommodating and understanding. Turnover is NOT high here, unlike other places. We've been seeing (most) of the same faces for the past three years. Cannot say enough good things about this child care facility."
