"Summer Camp is the worst. They mix kids from different grades. There is intimidation from bigger kids. Teachers are very passive."
"My son attended Tutor time for a few years and when it came time to register for the fall 2020 they never informed me of registration and when he arrived to drop him off one Monday morning they told us the classes were full and that we had not registered him. I told them that there must be a mistake and they told me they would call me back. It is November and I have not heard back since September from them. Over $300 a week for tuition for multiple years and I can’t even get a return phone call. Very disappointing. Not only for me but for my 4 year old son who never got to say bye to his friends at school and was very upset that he would not be returning. Update: do not bother calling the customer service. Total waste of time."
"Horrible company. Kids are thrown around like rag dolls and staff members are not operating to the best of their ability. This is clearly a management issue."
