"Supposed to be open at 10:45am and it 11am and the doors are still locked this is very unprofessional and this is how you lose customers. You have 2 associates bagging chips and 5 customers outside in the cold waiting this is very unfair."
"Nice location with a good amount of seating. It’s perfect for lunchtime and it’s in a nice area. When the weather is nice out, you could sit outside. I just got pick up and I did a meal. It was very good. Nothing else say normal chipotle."
"Charged me for an Add on of Guacamole which wasn't served in my bowl. Spoke w the cashier and he initiated a refund. Previously my friend was charged for a drink which he never ordered for. The instructions were clear from my end regarding cheese, veggies & sauce in spite of that, the guy serving skipped a few items like corn, cheese and sauce. The person serving tries to make your dish soo quick that he might not patiently hear your customisations & requests. Guys please check your bills. They're adding extra drinks even if you ain't ordering one. The quality of chicken wasn't up to the general Chipotle standards too. The chicken was hard and didn't taste fresh. The bowl was never filled till the top. Imagine being miser with Tomatoes, corn & shredded cheese / sauces. Like seriously? We come here to enjoy a meal which is loaded. The experience at this outlet is awful and pathetic. The manager is rude and doesn't care about your feedback. The wholesome fulfilling vibe is definitely missing at this outlet. Never visiting this outlet again."
"This place is disappointing. The service sucked because when I asked for sour cream on the side they just kept on pouring it on my own my bowl. They didn’t even fill up my bowl all the way up. Also the Fountain machine was broken which was bad because they really had nothing to drink. They were also out a lot of ingredients, so there was nothing really to put on my bowl. Overall I would not come here."
"General area outside the restaurant is dirty and constantly surrounded by homeless people. Tried the location twice and both times they've given me the smallest portions I've ever seen. As a Chipotle regular, I can say this is one of the most disappointing locations and would not go here again. The food barely fills 1/3 of the bowl and there are like 6 pieces of chicken."
