"The staff here is very rude I had a mobil order and my status said it was ready for pick up so I went to the counter as there were two workers standing talking at the register.... First thing that upset q was they did not even acknowledge my existence as I stood there for 5 mins trying to figure out why my order wasn't up in the spot that says mobil orders. After the employees stopped talking they walked away from the register. Then one came back to the register clocked out for lunch and walked to sit down and eat. The other one came about a min later and finally asked me what she could get for me. After getting my foodi used the bathroom and it was absolutely appalling. I will never send any one there or go there ever again."

"The food is honestly fine (I've never had a problem with my order), but I usually end up having to wait 20-30 minutes for an in-person order using the in-store kiosk, and all I was getting was a couple of burritos. I don't know if it's a short-handed issue or a professionalism issue, but considering the frequency with which this has happened and the candor of some employees, I'm going to say it's both. I don't mind if service is slow every once in a while (takeout places are like that sometimes), and I understand that the drive-thru gets priority. But that isn't an excuse to make in-person orders or online orders through the app / website so delayed so often, even in quieter periods of the day."

"Anytime my partner or I do DoorDash through this Taco Bell they either don’t make the order, they take entirely too long to make food or the food items are incorrect. At night time you can hear arguing and cussing amongst the employees. I’d love to say this is a one time or two time situation, this has been going on for months so clearly it’s an environment there and well honestly it needs to change. I understand teenagers and low income people tend to work for Taco Bell and struggle with problems. I myself have worked for Taco Bell and have been a Team Member cleaning bathrooms and I have been a Team Leader doing nightly closing. It’s just not professional here or put together correctly."

"They don't even deserve a single star. WORST experience I've ever had. Besides the parking lot & lobby being dirty with nothing in stock, I walked in to eat on my lunch break at 1:18pm with two gentlemen waiting infront of me. Come 1:45pm, nobody of the 7 individuals waiting had received even a notice let alone food ( also upon arriving there was only two cars in drive-thru) I asked for my money back after waiting for about 30 minutes and the manager completely ignored me for another ten minutes. It wasn't until I said if you don't refund me my money for food I haven't even received I'll be contacting law enforcement where she then immediately refunded me. I still have both reciepts. I cannot believe how rude the entire staff was even when multiple individuals like mothers with children and elderly were trying to ask similar questions. Even Longhorn Steakhouse was faster than that even being a packed restaurant. This is beyond unacceptable."

"Well since you have to give at least one star I'll say that the building looks nice, but that's where the positive ends. Staff is rude af. It's almost like it's an inconvenience for them to have to do their job. Food is almost never correct or even what you ordered sometimes. If you actually go inside to try and order you're looking at anywhere from 15-30 minutes wait, but you can watch Doordash or GrubHub orders get stolen so that's fun. Gave this location 3 tries but at this point I won't return. I'll drive a little further for a friendlier, quicker staff and a correct order. For this last visit specifically; ordered seasoned fries and they were cold. My girlfriend ordered the grilled cheese steak spicy fries and got beef (and they looked gross and old). We each got a burrito as well and one was wrong. Didn't even ask for any substitutes, just not to include something, on there anyways. The receipt looks correct so the staff just doesn't care."
