"We absolutely love our experience at Rugrats! We were there through the ownership change and it was the best thing in our opinion. They take the security, well-being and growth of our child very seriously and over communicate everything. The app makes it easy to stay updated throughout each day and strive to teach our daughter while allowing her to be independent. When we took her to her kindergarten screening the school told us she was overly prepared! We will definitely be sending out future children to this childcare. The owner makes herself available 24/7 which is a huge weight lifted off the parents knowing she cares just as much, if not more, than we do. Constant improvements are made and we feel like family. 10/10 and highly recommend!"

I love the open communication and use of the brightwheel app. It makes my day to get updates and see photos of my happy daughter throughout the day. "Ashley, and staff have been absolutely incredible. My child whom is 3 years old came from another licensed facility within Niagara County, where she was physically, verbally and mentally abused. They are aware of my daughter's situation, and have been incredible. They are hands on, the progress that she has made since February has been incredible. "Highly recommend Rugrats. Our grandson is learning so well here, he knows his alphabet at 3.5 yrs old, he’s learning songs and numbers on the daily. The brightwheel app is very informative with meal, map & photos updates throughout the day. It is very nice to see he is enjoying himself outside and in the classroom. They definitely provide a safe and fun learning atmosphere for kids to grow in!"
