"After being on a waiting list in Ontario for an MRI I decided to take matters into my own hands and began research MRI clinics in the Western New York. After much research and Google reviews I came across Dr. Gurmeet Dhillon at ProScan Imaging. I called the office on a Friday, explained what I needed done and the office staff had me booked and scheduled for an MRI one week later. In early February I crossed the border, walked into Dr. Dhillon's office, had my MRI completed, the office staff very kind, professional and the entire process was on time, seamless, unlike any experience I would have had here in an Ontario healthcare setting. Following my scan Dr. Dhillon took time to show me my scan, explain in laymans terms what my findings revealed and even made some recommendations for next steps. He never rushed the explanation and made sure I understood. All and all, this was 10/10 experience and I thank the ProScan team. "Proscan Imaging Buffalo, under Dr. Gurmeet Dhillon and his team, deserves a glowing five-star review. My appointment was scheduled promptly, and the few hours' drive was absolutely worthwhile. They even administered a mild sedation, which calmed me without causing drowsiness—an important touch for my slight claustrophobia, especially since their machine was spacious, unlike smaller ones I've encountered. Their service was exceptional—calm and accommodating, providing hearing protection and music during the scans. Dr. Dhillon’s post-scan discussion was particularly impressive; he was thorough, spoke soothingly, and patiently addressed all my queries. I left with a CD, a USB, and received the reports the very next morning. This experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Dr. Dhillon and his team for their outstanding service."

"I will be forever grateful for Dr Dhillon and ProScan. For months my husband was experiencing symptoms of a herniated disk but having had one 10 years prior, he knew something was “different”. Two Dr’s here in Ontario said an MRI wasn’t necessary at this time but we needed answers. He could not live with the pain he was experiencing. A telephone call into ProScan and we had an appointment within a couple days!! This was by far the very best decision we have ever made! Living in Niagara Falls, it was a short drive and well worth the $530 (American) fee they charge! Not only did my husband have a herniated disk, he also had a intraspinal synovial cyst in the same location causing severe compression on his S1 nerve….he needed surgery!! Dr Dhillon is a God send! His compassion, guidance, explanation and overall genuine concern makes him more than a radiologist. He is truly a remarkable human being. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing an MRI and can’t wait the ridiculous wait times in Ontario….please PLEASE don’t hesitate. My husbands MRI was on December 1, 2023 and he had his surgery (at Hamilton General) on January 24, 2024. If he had not walked into his appointment with the Neurosurgeon with his MRI report in hand, we were told it could be a year before we got an MRI appointment…..that coming from the surgeon himself! "Booked an appointment with Proscan after leaning of a 3 month wait in Canada. Proscan had me in in a week. Everyone at the office was fantastic, the 3T MRI was much faster than I expected, and best of all, Dr. Dhillon reviewed his findings with me right after the scan. He is such a pleasant doctor and he alleviated my anxiety and put my mind at rest about my condition. I left with a CD and USB copy of the scan, and the doctor's full written report was emailed on the next business day. Thank you Dr. Dhillon."

"Worth every penny! If I could give this clinic ten stars I would. Brought my brother here a few days ago after we got tired of waiting for the call to schedule his MRI in Canada. We were fortunate to get a same-day appointment because of a cancellation and did not even need a referral. My brother got his MRI, had a follow-up consultation with the doctor to discuss his results and left with a copy of his scans. Dr. Dhillon is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. He answered all of our questions and was even able to make a recommendation for a surgeon where we live. The written report was sent to us the next day via email, we took it to a walk-in clinic to obtain a referral and this morning we already met with a surgeon who was able to book his surgery next month. We are STILL waiting for the call to book the Canadian MRI (which we no longer need!). The choice to go to Proscan saved us months of waiting — and the stress & frustration that go along with it.
