"Went today for a wash and style and had a blast and came out with amazing bouncy soft hair! I have 3c hair and it was completely knotted up and dense and shrunken I was very nervous to have someone run their fingers through my hair because I'm tender headed to the max! Their technique was almost pain free and so relaxing I was in awe. Kim styled my hair and gave me a trim after a roomate botch job and had me cracking up the entire time. The expirience was memorable from the warm welcome you get from her concierge at the front to the final goodbye and hair flip. 100% will be returning!"
