"Bad for small children, rough, no patience. Had asked specifically if they do babies-2yld. Had no idea how to style straight thin hair, ended up with uneven buzzcut, straight bangs. Asked to fix the bangs and they just cut them shorter. We had to wait around 20 minutes for them to finish a previous adult customer but only spared 5 minutes to tend my son badly."
