"Bad service! I walked in for a haircut and asked if there were a line. The young barber was rude and told me that he had another customer. After waiting for over 45 and no client the barber still wouldn’t cut my hair!! I would not recommend this barbershop to anyone."

"I want to start out by saying the cut was exceptionally well done. I got a big chop from a relaxed pixie, I’m just looking at it for the first time now that I’m home because I was furious at the shop and just wanted out of there. That’s how upset I was. If you are running 40 minutes late to begin my appointment have the courtesy to apologize for the delay. The client you’re servicing instead of me should not be the one to apologize for the delay nor should he be the one to offer any concessions for the inconvenience, you as the vendor should. To be clear I didn’t want or need and concessions, I prepaid for the service. I wanted not to feel disrespected or ignored my first time in the shop. I waited to go here because I knew the work was worth it. If I had been 40 minutes late I would have called ahead of time and been appropriately contrite.But I felt utterly belittled by the barber’s choice to totally ignore the delay which made the appointment end 50 minutes later than expected when I had an event to get to and my husband was waiting in the car. With not one word of apology. But lesson learned. The work is totally worth it just pad an extra hour to the allotted time to avoid any frustration and I’ll never book with that specific barber. Again I don’t mind paying $66.00, hell double that for a good cut but I expect to at least be treated professionally as a patron."
