"I would not recommend the barber named Zack/Zach. I came in for a a low light fade with a trim off on top. He cut my hair but it looked like I got a haircut 2 weeks ago also he didn’t even edge/ trim my hairline so I had baby hairs sticking in the front. I’m not sure how the other barbers are but he would not be the person I’d consider if asked."

"Everyone here is great. I've been seeing Jesse for 2 years and he always treats me right. Absolutely the best shop around!"

"Special thanks to David. He was able to take me as walk-in today. Very personable barber and he took very good care of my hair. I’m very happy with the results. It’s to bad that I live out of state or I would be a repeat customer. Again thanks David for the awesome haircut."

"The staff rule. The music rules. The set up is a great vibe. Prices are super reasonable. I recommend everyone that asks where I get a haircut."

"Firstly let me say that my review is not meant to reflect every barber at Idols and Anchors, because I have not received a haircut from every barber there. HOWEVER, the two haircuts I received were sub par at best. The first time I went, I just walked in and had to go to another barber shop to have it fixed (the best they could). The 2nd time I went which was about a week ago, I called to schedule an appointment, thinking that this may keep me from ending up with the same person as last time and get me somebody who knew what they were doing. Holy hell was I wrong! The guy who cut my hair didn't even know how to use scissors and proceeded to do my entire hair cut with clippers and a comb and cut it so short that I can't even go somewhere else to have it fixed. Not to mention that he was dumping the clippers directly on my face and even after I started spitting out hair and stopped him to clean the hair off of my face, he continued to do so almost as if he intended to do it, but I don't believe that was the case. I'll admit that my hair was overgrown both times I went there, but that should not be a problem for anyone who knows how to cut hair, which I do not feel that either of the guys who cut my hair knew how to do properly. I don't remember their names, but they seemed to be kind of the low men on the totem pole, so don't take this as an overall review of everyone there, but if you're looking to just walk in or don't already know a barber there who does a good job, I'd recommend going elsewhere."
