"Jay's is hands down the best barber in WNY, his skills are unequal. Whether its his artwork on your head or his ability to keep you intrigued with conversations this is the place to visit. Jay has had adventures all over which could inspire a Hemingway novel. His shop is clean and fresh, he is in demand. He's also the only person here that I trust with my beard. Although you may get lucky and have a last minute opening, he is usually booked 3 weeks in advance, so if you want top notch, make sure you plan accordingly. His shoe restoration business is worth doing as well. Long gone are the days of spit shinning shoe detailing, but he has brought back that classic dapper desire. If you have a wedding, job interview, or just want to get a pair of your comfortable shoes looking new without springing for a new pair, he's your dude. Just look at the pictures as well as his other reviews. You can't go wrong with Jay or any protegee he may bring along."
