"I was originally going to give 3 stars but after giving this place a second chance I've upped it to 4. The salon is very clean and has a cozy feel, which I really enjoyed. The first time I got my haircut there though, was not the greatest. I had really long hair and I wanted it cut to a short aline bob but the girl seemed almost scared to do it. Not sure if she was unsure of her abilities or if she thought I'd regret it but if she wasn't confident she should've just said so. Instead she basically half of what I wanted and I was so frustrated but didn't want to be mean or rude so I just went with it, still tipped her and ended up going elsewhere. I really needed more of a maintenance cut recently and nowhere was open other than here so I booked with a different girl and she ended up doing basically exactly what I wanted, was very fun and friendly, and I left as a happy customer. I think I should've just spoken up the 1st time, asked for a different stylist or perhaps gone back and asked for a redo but in general I'd recommend this salon. Also the pricing is really good, very fair and less expensive than the other places in the area."
