"Used to have great service but if an appt is booked then you should be seen on time. I unfortunately had to find a new waxer due to the service here. I sat for over 15mins after making an appt to the point where i couldn’t even be seen and was told “the wax is too hot”. I assumed things like this would be ready for the client. I really did like it here, but I feel like if i was late my appt would have been cancelled or my card would have been charged. if she (Jasmine) is late i am just supposed to wait or not be serviced? This is not the first time I have waited to be seen after making an appt."
