"Had three pairs of boots repaired. Boot repairs came out looking amazing. The boots I had repaired one pair are over 10 years old needing new soles. The other two pairs needed heel replacements and he did an amazing job. He had some complications with my one pair of boots but he kept me informed and let me know what he was doing the whole time he had them. The pictures do not do justice for the work that he did because they are older boots but the heels and souls came out amazing."

We had bought a personalized Disney book bag for our niece for Christmas. 4 days before Christmas the dog got into the wrapped presents and ruined the book bag. We google searched and found LoTempio who was willing to squeeze us in so we had it for Christmas and repaired the broken parts!
