Heart to Heart Bride

"From the time I first contacted Heart to Heart (old location), I felt completely welcomed. I had gotten a targeted ad on Facebook over a month before we got engaged, screenshot a dress I loved and almost forgot about it until I got another targeted ad on our way home from getting engaged on New Years. The dress I had screenshot was going to be highlighted in an upcoming trunk show- what luck! I immediately reached out and scheduled an appointment. I worked with Zoe- we started with a virtual Zoom call to go through what I was looking for and pick out a few dresses to have ready for my appointment. This saved time and helped the appointment move along quickly. The dress I had my eye on was the first one I tried on, and none of the others compared. It was such an easy process and I only tried on 5 dresses before committing to the very first one. I ended up buying the dress 4 days after we got engaged, before anyone but family knew we were getting married or even had a date! From the appointment, through pick up, I had such a great experience. The dress came in ahead of the date they mentioned, which was also helpful. I loved that I was the only appointment booked for my timeslot when I went to try on dresses. I had Zoe's undivided attention. She was so excited about my dress that she even showed up to the shop on her day off when I came to pick it up. Great customer service, great service. Thank you!"

"My entire experience at heart to heart was better than I imagined! Not only is their new store absolutely gorgeous but all of their staff is so sweet! I had a zoom consult with Ashley before my appointment and you could tell she really knew what she was doing and loves what she does! I had tried on a few dresses at a couple other stores so I already had some ideas of what I thought I wanted but she was good at reminding me to still have an open mind! Katie was my stylist for my appointment and she had such amazing gowns already picked out for me! A couple that I had mentioned to Ashley I liked and then a a couple they picked out! I’m a very indecisive person and Katie was so patient with me and really helped me with how important it is how I feel in it as much as how I look in it because all of the gowns are gorgeous and all made me feel pretty but there was only one that I didn’t want to take off and truly made me feel beautiful! Then I got to see Ashley again when my dress arrived and I honestly loved it more than the first time and again didn’t want to take it off! Highly recommend going there and if you get Katie or Ashley, you will definitely be in good hands! Thank you ladies so much for making the experience so special!"

Shelby went above and beyond for my appointment. She made sure I was comfortable at every moment of our time and really listened to what I liked and didn’t like. "First off id love to say how convenient the appointment booking was! It’s all online which is great. Then I had a virtual meeting with one of the stylists to customize my appointment even more, I showed her dresses I liked and they pulled them aside for my appointment. The stylist I had for the appointment was amazing! She was so sweet and helpful. Made me feel less nervous and jittery. (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) once I found the dress of my dreams I couldn’t walk away with out it! It was an amazing experience and I’m so glad I went there first!"
