"I've been coming here to have Brooke cut my hair for the past year or so (she's awesome), and today I had an experience that deserves some constructive feedback. After signing in, an employee comes up to the desk, sees my sign-in information and asks if I had an appointment with Brooke. Assuming she wanted the business herself, considering there was no one in her chair, I said "no, but that's who I want to see". She then explained there is 1 person ahead of me, and another person scheduled 1 hour later and that it would be an hour and a half until Brooke can get me in next. I'm thinking to myself, 1 person ahead of me, probably a man, 30 minutes max, which then leaves 30 mins between the end of that cut and the scheduled appointment, means that Brooke would likely squeeze me in between that time for a quick cut, which could take as little as 15-20 mins for my buzz cut. 1 cut in progress and then 2 additional cuts, for men, will not take 90 minutes LOL. Instead of consulting with Brooke and allowing her to work her own clients and schedule, this employee took it upon herself to deny my service with Brooke for a 1.5 hour time block, for what appeared to be an attempt to take the business herself. It is 2024, why does Lady Janes not have an online appointment booking option?! Brooke, start providing a way for your customers to contact you for appointments. You've earned your clients, don't let jealous co-workers ruin it for you."
