They met and exceeded our expectations by delivering the bed earlier than was expected. That was a blessing as I have been suffering with back issues for 3 months. The installation team of Shaka and Caleb were friendly, professional, careful and thorough in there installation of the higher end equipment. "What a wonderful experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by Nicole D, who was extremely friendly and helpful. We needed a mattress quickly for our son, who had a current back injury from sports. Nicole showed us mattress that would be perfect not only for his healing, but there after for a great night's rest. Jake the store manager was very understanding in assisting us on getting the mattress the same day.
