"These guys are borderline miracle workers from my experience dealing with them. They were able to fix my snowboard boots' zippers when no other place would even attempt to look at or fix them. These guys were honest and upfront that it may not have been possible but they would try their best and then go to a plan B if needed. Luckily plan A worked and the fixed boots looked stellar and you can barely tell that they had any repair done to them. Their turnaround was quick and prices extremely reasonable.
