"Took my lady there 3 times very lackadaisical unprofessional shop today was the straw that said no more...made a 10:30 am appt my lady shows up she has people in her chair alright cool it happens but to take another person after that is not professional so at 11:45 my lady is still not in chair when asked when are you doing my hair? she says oh my daughter is going to do your hair keep in mind her daughter has 2 full sewn-ins to do and it’s now 12:00 smh"
