"Pros: The salon is clean, the beautician was on time to provide services, the neighborhood is seemingly safe, I found immediate parking and I left the salon loving my hairstyle. Cons:My experience for $190 was not relaxing. I did not know what I wanted intially and was not guided based on my hair type. I arrived at 11am and did not leave until 3pm, the atmosphere was not customer friendly at all, there were no aftercare products available for sale and when I asked how should I maintain this very intricate hairstyle that looked nothing like I asked for (still cute however) I was told to "sleep cute' and she walked away to deal with next client. While it is obvious, the beautitican (Gayle) can do hair and I am in no way able to call how much she values her work in prices, I was forced to pay another stylist $40 to recut, re style and provide a warm atmosphere, just 3 days after my visit because after "sleeping cute" for one nigh' by day 3 I was done. A smile and engagement does a long way."
