"Over the past year, i’ve eaten here four times. It is an underperformer. Hospitality: 2/5 Quality: 2/5 Service: I was told 20-25 minutes; it was sitting without a heat lamp within 10 minutes of ordering Cleanliness: 0/5 there was actually a long black hair in my lame chicken chow mein Price: 3/5 Value: 2/5 There’s 200 menu items. I’d rather there were 40 items that were fresher and higher quality. This is not 1975; this is average-at-best Chinese food that gets one more try before I vote with my pocketbook and find a serious Chinese Asian fusion restaurant that isn’t trash laden at the lease line or have their cooks smoking cigarettes by the entrance on their break."

"wow Long River you should be extremely proud of yourselves having people throw out your food in the garbage. I also don’t wanna leave out how nasty your customer service is as well. Anyone who wants to order from here, I suggest you look for a restaurant who appreciates there customers and the business they give them. Clearly this place exemplifies poor customer service skills without a doubt! Your food not only needs an adjustment so does your attitudes!"
"This restaurant has 2 sections. When you first walk in it looks like a normal chinese take out. Go through another set of doors you will see a nicer dining area. This place is better than your average chinese take out. General Tso chicken was good. Be aware the dine-in lunch special menu has less items than the take out lunch special menu."
