"I placed on the go order went 10 minutes after I placed the order. My order wasn't ready and only one employee behind counter. He never even asked me what my order was. There was at least 8 other customers in the shop and in the 10 minutes in there he didn't go to counter once. It looked like he had 2 big Grubhub orders."
"I give them 3 stars only because some employees are really nice but other then that they don't know how to make coffees, they always get the orders wrong and I only keep coming here because I work in the parking lot and usually don't have time to go to another dunking shop. Maybe employees should learn how to make the orders correct and some employees need to fix their attitudes."
