She asks if there is a Spotify playlist you would like to listen to, she has snacks and drinks available, and is constantly asking how she can make you feel more comfortable throughout your appointment. She takes her time, pays attention to detail and takes so much pride in her work, and it shows. She is so fun to talk to, and makes it a point to get to know you on a personal level. One of my favorite things about Cici is her desire to educate you on all things hair…. she will take the time to teach you why she’s a holistic hair stylist, why she is so passionate about offering toxin free products and how to properly wash your hair, I learn so much every time I see her. I leave my appointments very happy, with extremely healthy hair and in a happier mood after talking to her for a few hours! I would highly recommend going to see Cici, she is genuinely a good person with a desire to serve."
