"Will not be shopping here again. Spent $35.87 in total. This Hello kitty hair tour costs $6.99. As soon as I took the tie off it fell apart. Tried to exchange it & the woman told me "oh no I can't do that. All the other ones I have are all good. If you want I'll glue it". I told her I did not want her to glue it, that I either want a replacement or my money back. After refusing to replace the defective item she sold me I informed her that I'd be giving a bad review. She then proceeded to try & give me a different generic hair tie. Asked her what her return policy was she ignored me. I've got a better chance with ordering from Wish. Myrtle Avenue needs less bootleg stores on it. They just lost a good customer"

"The store is lovely, has a lot of things I love to buy, cute trinkets. Although the only problem is how uncomfortable I feel when they just keep watching me from afar, they do this "nice thing" where they offer to take whatever you are buying to the counter, but in reality it just them assuming you are trying to steal it. I understand shoplifting is a common problem, but it gets super uncomfortable when eyes are on you and they come up to you every second or pretend to "fix a display" right next to you. Sadly, I noticed this mostly happens though when I bring one of my black or latino friends to shop. My advice is just to buy what you need and not wonder around for too long or they will assume you are stealing."

"I had a very uncomfortable experience here today seeing how the store employee was following some of the other shoppers. I didn't have much trouble finding the items I wanted to purchase, but noticed that the shop employee was being very rude and dismissive to a Black elder woman who was asking for help looking for winter wear in a specific color, to the point where I had to tell her I was ready to check out since she was following this other customer so closely. Instead of offering her help, the employee was following her around and saying "no, no we don't have that" to each of her questions instead of offering more support in navigating the available inventory. I stepped in to offer the customer help, and found a few items myself that fit what the customer was looking for. I myself was not watched in the same way but it made me really heartbroken to see our elders of color being treated that way especially when they are trying to spend their money on local small businesses."

"Family-operated store that sells accessories, jewelry, some shoes and toys/stuffed animals. This is a great place to shop for gifts for tween girls or for inexpensive accessories for special events. The store is probably the most organized store on all of Myrtle Ave (yes, from Jamaica, Queens to deep in Brooklyn). The merchandise is kept very clean and is well cared for. We buy all of our winter accessories, Squishmallows, and bedazzled items here."

"I LOVE this store! I'm very into Asian fashions and they have a lot of the latest when it comes to accessories, especially the earrings, and they have a nice kawaii key chain selection, too. I only wish for a bigger hair clip selection, but I always look forward to stopping by to see what they have in new arrivals. If they had edgy clothes from Asia, too, like in the Flushing stalls, I'd be there every day (and broke but happy). Lol."
