"Manager Sarene went above and beyond to accommodate a desperate mother who needed a day to herself. Very clean and efficiently run. Food and drinks were great as usual. Lavender fizz and shrimp flatbread for the win!"

"Issue here at the front desk. Bad breathe coming over the counter. Have a $500 gift card from Christmas. Wanted to book appointment and they would not accept that form of payment or Apple Pay. Told me to leave and call reservations to book online. Spent time parking, walking into establishment, and already tried calling in the past to book. It’s a shame to experience this in a place with so much potential.. updated 3 star to 5 star.. can’t dislike front desk after a service here.. the massage and ambiance transformed a bad mood. And the little lady at the desk was nicer the second time around. Would go back"

"My two daughters bought me a beautiful spa day for my birthday! A beautiful day we could all share and agree on. Due to a recent surgery, I was concerned about the massage I was about to receive. Tara, my massage therapist was incredibly understanding and immediately switched her understaanding of how to give me the best massage under the current circumstance. No excuses, but a seamless change to a beautiful experience. I want to thank Tara for her professionalism and compassion and my daughters for a very special day I will always remember."

"Spa Mirbeau was a great experience. Everything was super clean. The locker rooms and all towel spots were definitely kept up with throughout the day by their staff. I had a deep tissue massage with Jamie. It honestly felt like 10 years worth of tension and stress came off of my shoulders! She also made the environment very relaxing and made sure I was comfortable. The food was also great and I enjoyed the rest of the spa as well. I’m excited to go back!"

"Usually love this place and go pretty frequently but yesterday was horrible. The men’s locker room was disgusting - literally wash clothes with poop on them, no toilet paper, sandals and used cups everywhere. The sauna was shut down and not operating. The massage I received was subpar the lady left the lights on the entire time? How is that relaxing. When I approached the manager she stated they were understaffed yet they had 3 people processing gift cards in the front with a long line. Don’t your current customers come first? It would have taken 5-10 minutes to stock everything in the men’s side, clean it up and make in presentable. I usually stay for a few hours after my massages to enjoy their services but left after 15 minutes. The manager offered a 20% discount which was not sufficient for the amount of money you pay. She offered a day pass which is worth nothing without actually purchasing a massage. Why would I come there for a day pass without booking another service which includes the spa for the day anyways?"
