"I almost didn't go because of so many horrible reviews. But then I talked to my sister-in-law, she loves it and goes all the time. So I went. It was great. It was beautiful, clean, employees were all kind, it was very relaxing. My nails turned out great, and the service was exactly how described on the menu. So either they have fixed whatever people are complaining about or people just want to complain. Give this place a chance and you won't be disappointed."

"This would be a 0 star review if I had that option. This was my second bad experience here. I ignored the first thinking someone may have had a bad day. Today, my daughter and I got pedicures. We were there for about 25 minutes total including dry time. They rush, they were rough, and the girl that did my toes cut my toe and did not stop for a moment. My last time here, the water was freezing and when I asked for warmer water they merely added more lukewarm water to the tub and again rushed through the process. We will not be returning and will be making others aware of this experience. To top it off, I could have done as good or better if I had done it myself at home. If you look at the pic, does my pedicure look like it’s worth $50 plus a tip?"

"I’ve been going to Cinderella for awhile now, so this review is long overdue. They consistently give wonderful customer service and high quality work! I actually drive from Elmgrove Rd in Greece just to come here. They are simply that good and worth the drive. I also love the decor! Open, airy, and feels high end."

"If you are debating whether to go to this salon or not, i would recommend NO NO NO. The technician immediately had an attitude, turned to his coworker and spoke in Chinese when I said i just want a basic gel pedicure. Then told me since I was also getting a gel mani, its better to do a combo spa pedi + gel mani. Nope its not better deal, it was an upsale. I end up paying $95 instead of $80 with zero spa treatment. I got a rush spa pedicure with no massage, more like he just put on lotion. The employees then rinse the tools in the pedicure tub with your my still in it, then put in the uv light machine. For gel mani, he did not soak my hands. Why using the drill the push back my cuticles but applying the polish far away from cuticles. He did not apply the polish to the entire nails, skipping the edges, then slap some lotion on my hands (again no massage). I should have trusted the other review and stay away from this salon."

"I was pleasantly surprised with my first visit, and extremely disappointed with my second visit. I paid an extra $10 for callus removal, which is fine, but I expect my feet to feel soft after said treatment. Not drier and scratchier than before I went in. Half the reason I get pedicures is to walk out with soft feet, not to have them be worse than before I went in. I don’t understand how that’s possible. I’ve attached pictures for reference, but they don’t do it justice. Won’t be going back to this salon."
