I went in today for dip extensions and for them to be rounded wellll they’re pointy not rounded and they don’t even cover my whole nail! They look like they’re lifting already and some are filed so much that they’re all different lengths! So unhappy! I will never be going back there!"
"I was treated today by the young man with silver earrings on the staff and had a quality experience. I got a #4 pedicure and he made sure I was comfortable throughout and had good attention to detail. My cuticle and paint job was also neat and well done. The only thing I would suggest is removing the body lotion from the toe nails before applying polish to help them last longer."
"Used to be my favorite place to get nails done - lately the poor service and poor quality of work has made me consider other places. You can still see my natural nail under the gel polish, including parts of my old color underneath. I advised my natural nail was still showing but was told 3 coats is good. Highly disappointed and will not be coming back."
