"Tacos were delicious! Went on taco night and had the choice of 5-6 different tacos. My favorite are the braised short rib tacos. The meat is Cooked perfect and all the garnishes, sauces, toppings are excellent flavor bursts! It wasn’t overly busy but yet we did have to wait a few times for our server to come for a refill, sauce, etc. overall highly recommend for an upscale taco night. We will be back!"

"Waited 20+ minutes after we were sat for service that never came. The table next to us who got sat at the SAME TIME as us had their appetizers come out before we even got a chance to place our drink order. I even heard the server say to them “are you ready to place your food order? No rush” while we had not even been greeted by her despite being sat at the same time. I’m a bartender and the people I was with also have lots of experience in the industry so we get it, sometimes things happen, but theres really no excuse here. The restaurant was basically empty and all the staff walked past us several times without even looking in our direction. If the restaurant is near empty the guests that are there shouldn’t have to flag down servers to get their attention especially when their drink orders have not even been taken. Mind you I’ve never even written a bad review about a restaurant before but that’s how wrong this rubbed me. The food is bland and white washed anyway and clearly they’re not used to actual Latinos coming in. I mean what else am I supposed to think when every table except ours is getting served. If you’re in the area and want actually good more authentic Mexican food with friendly and helpful staff go to The Bear Cantina."

"This is amazing Mexican restaurant. I loved the quality of food and vegetarian options. I also like the ambience of the place. People are very friendly in here. Parking is ample. We also enjoyed the cocktail menu in here. I would recommend this place."

"I’ve been to the Tivoli Santa Fe Restaurant many dozens of times over the past couple of decades. I’ve only been to this location once before and it was years ago. It was 3:20 on a Saturday in February. Walking in there were a few other people already in Santa Fe. We ordered drinks. One beer, Santa Fe margarita, 3G margarita and one Frozen Modelo (a Modelo beer with the classic margarita). The Frozen Medelo looks beautiful and tastes almost as good as it looks. Got to try it if you like beer and tequila. The two margaritas were both delicious. I wish there was a tequila menu on the table to know prices. There is a menu on the website and prices are good. A Milagro Anejo is $10. Most Ajejos are between $10 and $12. Interesting is the $2 charge to make any tequila a Margarita. I wish more places did this to make it easy to pick the tequila you want in your Margarita. Now I wish they carried our favorite tequila; One With Life which is an organic tequila. I got my goto Shrimp Tacos (Grilled Tacos, Camaron) which I loved. I’ve had them before at the other Santa Fe’s and always enjoyed them. Not sure if it was the eight mile rail trail walk we did but they tasted amazing. My wife had Enchilada de San Miguel (stacked corn enchiladas with mushrooms, spinach, onion, fresh tomato, queso fresco, salsa verde & white cheddar cheese). She said it was delicious. We shared an order of guacamole. It was fine but not good enough to order it again. Some of the avocado wasn’t mashed, mostly plain tasting (which some people prefer). No chips or salsa comes with it (the menu didn’t say chips would come with it). So we ordered chips and salsa once the guacamole arrived. The chips, salsa and guac were all small portions for the price. Maybe this changes when avocados are in season. One of my biases is that I want chips and salsa on the table. I would be totally fine with meals costing a dollar or two more. Guac and chips aside, everything was great. Service was excellent, the bartender made perfect drinks and the price was good. I want to go back later in the evening when there are more people there to give it a better vibe. Closes at 9:30 Monday to Saturday and closed on Sunday."
