My first visit there was serendipitous. riding my bicycle on my way there, i blew out the front tire. walking my bike up the last 10 feet to Gel. He furnished me with a new tube at no extra cost. we had a great conversation from everything from Elvis to past experiences.... definitely will be back in 3 weeks."
"Atmosphere nice. People nice. Both I and my friend were very specific with the stylist about what we wanted, her bringing a photograph, and I asking for shaved sides and to leave the top completely untouched. That is not what either of us got. Very disappointed about losing over a year of length with no real recourse. She was very nice and offered to comp the cut, but it doesn't put the lost hair back."
"I just want to thank you James for all the great cuts you gave me when I lived in Rochester but more importantly the just cool person you are and friendliness and conversation everytime I came in. There was another individual who cut my hair great dude as well can't remember his name but you both were TREMENDOUS. Miss you guys and hopefully I'll see you again if I'm ever back Rochester."
