My hair hasn't lifted as much as I would have liked for how many attempts I've bleached it. I gave up on my blonde dreams for quite some time, and when I heard Chloe set up as a colorist in a new shop, I decided to revisit her. She revitalized my entire look and made me hopeful again. I love this hair so much I can't wait to go back to get it even lighter! The environment is welcoming and warm and I love that it's an artistic adventure during my entire hair appointment."
