"I had a one of the guys in there, he was extremely sweet and so delicate with my hands and fingers. I think he did amazing in the time I gave him (I was late and asked for a design) my middle two middle fingers are slightly different in length but i didn’t notice until staring.this is also because I went in and asked for a full but one of my middle finger nails had fallen off. I also noticed he didnt sand down my real nails underneath, do much cuticle care (push back or trim up) and no lotion at the end but these are not big deals to me but just I noticed he didn’t do these things. Overall I would return because of the friendly environment and he continued to ask me questions, like if I liked the length, color, and shape, I could tell he cared and wanted to do a good job for me. Overall l recommend it because of the environment and customer service."

"Megan the owner of the shop is very unprofessional. About a month ago I got my nails done by her because my regular nail tech Tracy was not there . Everyone who walked in wanted Tracy. When I was in her chair she was unprofessionally telling another customer she was out due to menopause. She proceeded to have an attitude because I showed her a picture of what I wanted and was having a hard time understanding what I wanted so she kept bending up my fingers and pressing my fingers hardly. I didn’t say nothing. My nails were not done correctly. They were not even painted to the cuticle and she did not even give me cuticle oil I had to ask. So I made sure not to tip. I’ve never got my nails done by anyone else but Tracy NEVER COMPLAINED. A few weeks later I needed a fill and she got mad I requested my nail tech Tracy over the phone. I told Megan I was not satisfied with my nails I would like someone else to do my nails not just anyone. She kept hanging up the phone on me and said she wouldn’t schedule an appointment .A few weeks My sister went into the salon and said she doesn’t want us coming back that we always complain about our nails which is not true because Tracy does an awesome job,. She also said Tracy no longer works there anymore . Horrible customer service by the owner herself . And they are not the only salon in Rochester so they better stop acting like they are. If the owner can’t do my nails right or handle criticism that says a lot about their business and her character ."
