"I ordered an 8LB porchetta & a 8LB dry aged prime rib roast for Christmas dinner. We were 10 adults & 4 children, there were NO left overs. The Porchetta was beyond wonderful. The pork was tender, juicy & had a delicate pork flavor. It was beautifully butchered most of the fat removed from the skin, seasoned & tied to perfection. The seasoning was brilliant, just like we've had in Italy! The Prime rib was also delicious, beautifully cut & tied. It was also delicious, juicy, tasty with just enough fat. Wonderful piece of beef! The Porchetta goes down as being the best Christmas dinner ever! Thank you to the team at Marbled Meats."
