"The brisket was good but the other things I have gotten were very inconsistent. I had the brisket three times and it was very different all three times. The mac and cheese is a disgusting cheese soup. The cheese a sauce separate at the bottom of the container and the mushy overcooked penne on top. The corn bread is delicious but sometimes its homemade and sometimes its clearly store bought but you get charged the same price. I’d recommend getting the meat only."
"Being originally from the Midwest and Southern states, finding good authentic brisket has been hard to find...but not here. Roch marbled meat, good smoke flavor. Ribs so tender they fall off the bone. Tasty sides...and don't forget the cornbread. Best coleslaw around! Take a few minutes to go enjoy a bit to eat in the rustic atmosphere or grab a to go order on your way home. You will not regret it."
"I’ve lived local to this place for months and have always wondered what the food was like, today for lunch I decided to drop it. Walking in, the outside doesn’t seem like it’s much, but inside is a warm welcoming atmosphere with a nose punch of incredible Smokey flavors. I decided to get the combo with Brisket that was tender, ribs, and sausage. Everything is bursting with flavor, well cooked, and authentically made. The Mac and cheese is Smokey, and spicy, but if you like the heat it’s to die for! This food was very good and left me definitely wanting to come back."
"I’ve been coming here for around 10 years, but recently few times the quality has been inconsistent on the ribs. The last 2 times I had as take out : rack of ribs that was not done to the level Round Up normally serves. My take out rack of ribs was dry and the flavor didn’t penetrate the ribs past the surface. The meat was hard to chew off the bone which is really surprising since Round Up usually serves them falling off the bone. Maybe it was not smoked for the proper amount of time yet. I’m hoping the owner will read this review to control the quality better. I really want to continue coming here and not have to look for another bbq joint."
"Five stars for the food. Don't judge a book by it's cover, the place looks run down. Only one bathroom in a separate building, but it was clean which is important. Food was amazing and very reasonably priced. Counter service and super friendly staff. It was a beautiful day, so we ate outside at the picnic tables. I will definitely be back!"
