"As of yesterday, this is my second time at this place. Didn’t like it the first and dislike it even more after yesterdays visit. They rush, they give no kind of shape or contour to your browns when they thread or tint them. I only came here a second time because I couldn’t get to the place I enjoy in time before they closed. Never again will I come here. I can feel the glue scratching my eyeballs; this happened the first time too."
"The workers don't wash their hands between customers. They rush because they want to get as much tips as possible. They store their lashes were it fall on floor and collect dust. It's not a hygienic place, even though the results are pretty. I'm currently suffering a bad eyes infection. It is very uncomfortable and I can not sleep at night. Be careful"

"I have been going here for years for lashes, eyebrow threading and tint. I’m always happy with these services. I recently tried a deep cleansing facial here for the first time. I must say it was the best facial I’ve ever had. Saman did an excellent job. It was a relaxing experience and I left with my skin feeling so smooth. Facials at Shumi’s is now apart of my routine maintenance."
"This place is good some of the girls do good threading. They do need to be trained a little more. But they are always talking over your face. Never sanitize their hands in between threading people. And always asking for a tip when you’re paying for your service even if it wasn’t good. They need to do better."
