"Absolutely awful, called me the day before I am supposed to pick up a 17' budget truck and was told that nothing is available and offered a "suitable" replacement of a cargo van... with a reservation that was made a month ago, totally and completely unprofessional. I'll never do business with them again. Definitely not worth the trouble if you are trying to plan a move, they will just add to the pile of stress."

"Lacks professionalism and customer service skills. Would not recommend picking up a Budget Truck rental from this place. Budget was great, it's dealing with one of the staff there. Told me I can't pick up my truck there when Budget rescheduled me for the pick up day and time. If I could give 0 stars I would, horrible experience!"
