"Stood at the area to wait to be seated. No one came to help us, but we noticed there were several employees just standing in a circle while talking and occasionally looking at us but refusing to come over and provide assistance. After several minutes of standing there and waiting, we decided to leave. Very, very poor customer service. It's not as though it was busy either, I could count the number of customers in the establishment on one hand. Another customer sitting at the bar even noticed this and made a comment regarding the employees standing around not coming over to help us. All around very bad service."
"Food was subpar, and there was hair in the shrimp. The food was worse than most bar food I've had. It was dead there, feels like another dying location in another dying mall. The server was amazing, we loved her! She gladly took the shrimp off of our bill."
"Typical chain food restaurant. I ordered the nachos, lava shrimp and fried pickles. Me and my kids just ordered all appetizers to share. Nothing really stood out on the menu. The loaded nacho plate was huge. We only ate about half. They are messy and lack toppings in the middle of the tortilla chips. The guacamole on the nachos was disgusting. The lava shrimp was good. Could have used more lava sauce."
"Decent food and drinks overall. The jambalaya was not like the ones I've had in NOLA so that was disappointing. My brother enjoyed his burger. The drinks were good. The location, music and the restaurant interior are the more interesting parts of it."
