"I only got 2 soft tacos with just meat and my food was 1st in the food queue. Instead of them doing it quickly, they waited 15 minutes to make my food. This is absolutely not acceptable."

"It was 10 in the morning and I went to go watch barbie with my friends who wanted to eat breakfast at the mall. It could not have gone worse. I paid 14 dollars for a burrito and a small burrito and a baja blast. Whoever makes the prices for the taco bell menu must have iq below room temperature, which seems impossible for how cold the food court was. After the first bite I knew something was wrong. It wasnt just the spice, it was like taking into a bite of refried sewage. Upon finishing, I couldn't have felt worse. After purchase of my tickets, I rushed myself to the bathroom to puke. Expulsive is an understatement. My throat got scarred from the crunchy tortilla and the spice only made it worse. I had to use the baja blast as mouthwash, as it has a surprisingly close taste to Listerine®. Throughout the entirety of barbie, the stench of the minced meat could not be drowned through the never ending introduction of more and more baja blast to drown my emotions of unparalleled disgust. My stomach was in severe shock for the following week. Possibly going back to get food incase I have an individual in my basement in need of torturing."

"My fifteen year old daughter tried to pay for her 2 tacos in change but the woman at the counter made a dig deal because she had to count it. Taking the $5 she gave her to another coworker loudly stating "I'm not counting this you count it." My daughter walked away from the counter leaving the money behind. So I stepped forward and took the change back and told the woman how unprofessional that she was. She asked me why is it unprofessional that she can't count change. I asked her "How are you a cashier and cant count change?" Knowing it just wasn't worth it I just walk away shaking. I had to think to myself here's a woman that works in the mall at a Taco Bell making a 15 year old girl feel like paying in quarters is beneath her."

"This tacobell at destiny mall only remains open till 5pm on Sunday or 7pm on weekdays as per Google. Even we have visited many times during which we had to go to other restaurants after learning that it closed at 7 or earlier. I don’t understand why can’t they remain open till 9 or 9.30 pm? On weekends they should remain open till late otherwise what is the sense? Who takes dinner before 5pm?"

"I ordered a taco party pack through door dash (12 tacos) they don't even give you the option to make them supreme and they don't give you any sauce with the order. Just a bunch of lettuce."
