"Called at 6 pm before for haircut apointment and asked if I can come the same evening. The lady asked me to hold so he can ask the hair cut guy if I can come which I assumed he said yes. Phone lady asked me how soon Can I come? I replied in 10 min as I live couple of blocks down. I was told to come. Reached there within 5 min, Went upstairs and told them I was just told to come in, they saw me from head to toe, spoke in their launguage and lady refused stating she was mistaken as they are fully booked. Then suggested to go to another salon located in the opposite lane for hair cut. I am Asian (Pakiatan Origin). Very unethical and humiliating attitude. If they serve specific clients wearing specific clothes from specific region or culture. they should mention that before making apts, inviting clients and then refusing to serve them and humiliate them."

He cuts it so trendy and always does my coloring so perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new place to go. Salon is super clean and beautiful as well. "Secret...that's for sure (that I couldn't hide from my friends only). My hair looks so natural, that's no one can even imagine It's highlighted !!!! Amazing work always for many years.
