"the most unprofessional salon/workers I had experienced. I had blonde hair with my brown roots grown out, I wanted a balayage which consisted of light browns and golden blonde. once I sat down I made sure to tell them constantly I wanted my hair exactly like the picture and asked if they can do it, both the male and female hair dressers told me yes it would look exactly like it. once my hair was finished it had platinum blonde with an ashy undertone I asked if it would wash out and look like the picture they said yes (I paid $180). 30 minutes to an hour pass by after I left the salon and I notice my hair turning blue ashy color with golden blonde roots, I call back about my worry and scheduled to come back a couple days later. my hair kept turning very dark each day. When I arrived they started my hair and I showed the picture again, the male worker said it will only look like that 80% and that he will put brown highlights like the picture, once my hair washed out and blow dried my entire hair was red highlights with blue undertones, when I complained why it looks red they decided to fix it but at first they didn't want to correct it only after I kept telling them this isn't fair and I paid so much money and my hair is ruined. I sat back in the chair and was told to wait 5 minutes, they didn't even start with my hair until 30-40 minutes later. I came to the salon at 9:30am and it was already 12:45pm. the male worker kept raising his voice at me saying "wait wait okay okay!" they kept doing other costumers and didn't even bother to start with me. when they finally started, the male worker told me he will only correct and bleach the red highlights, I told him my whole hair looked terrible and I want him to fix everything, after that he started yelling in his native language pointing to me and yelling at his workers. I was told they would color my whole hair golden brown, my hair didn't take in the color due to the red dye so they told me my only option was to bleach it. once the bleach took in I still saw red marks in my hair, the lady told me she can't do anything about it. after this whole situation they still had the nerve to tell me I have to pay $20 for a wash and dry. my hair is yellow with red marks and they didn't refund me nor tried harder to take the red color out, from the start my hair didn't look like what we discussed on the picture and my hair is completely ruined and damaged. they took my money and nothing in return."

"I’ve been to this salon a few times with my daughter. Winnie my stylist, does incredible haircuts. My daughter’s hair is very thick and hard to dry but she was able to cut it and style it the way she wanted it. They are very inexpensive, friendly and fast. I highly recommend them."

"I wish I never went to this hair salon. This is the most horrible salon I went to in my life. I went in for straightening my hair. However, even after 2 weeks, my hair was still as hard and as heavy like the weeds. They damaged my hair. They used cheap solution. I paid $180 with $25 tips, and I have short hair too. Horrible salon."
