"Terrible experience. Took my 6 month old puppy there for a nail trimming. They took her in the back even though I told them she would be calmer if I held her and I could hear her freaking out the whole time. When she can back up her nails were all different lengths and some didn't even appear to be cut. Not at all worth the money. Should have gone to a big name pet store. I was super excited to check out the new location because it seemed like it would be really nice. The place was baren. The Shelves weren't stocked, nothing was ready or set up.everything in the store could be bought cheaper on amazon, if you want to see something in person before buying for less online, check it out. Only good part was that my puppy didn't bleed."
