"Every time without fail, it's a bad experience. The people who work here are generally rude. I asked if they still had a certain item and the girl scoffed and bluntly said "no" like it was an inconvenience to have to answer. I also found the item at another location on the same day so they just lied to me. Im not one of those people that thinks you have to be happy all day at your job, but this is off-putting. Also, the coffee always tastes old and burned. I'd rather go to a location 5 miles away than go here."

"Food orders are often wrong and you are rarely given a receipt without asking for one, which staff will ask you for to replace the order they got wrong. My biggest issue is that their card reader seems to be out of service every other week now ...which you won't know until you're ready to order and stuck in between a line of cars. If you don't have cash you still have to wait and it's a total waste of time. Buy a new card reader already!!!!"

"Wish I had the option for zero stars. After a 12 hour shift I do a Mobile order to pick up a cold brew and of course you guys took my money but yet when I get there the store is completely closed. Lights off no cars and this time was 7:06 pm.. store doesn't close till 8pm. So now I get robbed of my money and no coffee. Tim hortons you must redeem yourselves"
