"I had 460 points in my app, enough to get my xlg coffee like I do every single day, she scans points go down to 60 for some reason &the register does not reflect the free coffee. I get screwed out of my free coffee. Girl at window basically says oh well & I wind up paying the $3.36 for that coffee. When I think about the$$ I spend there every day it's disappointing when the person at the window does absolutely nothing to satisfy the customer. Especially when most of the workers inside know that I'm there every day. Do better with the customer service side of this franchise!!"

"Just went here and the lady taking order practically yelled at me because I couldn’t here here because the car in front of me wasn’t pulled up far enough this isn’t the first time either. She’s extremely rude and extremely mean if she doesn’t like her job no need to take it out on customers supporting your business"

"We went through the drive through and the person taking our order rushed us through the entire process. She kept interrupting us while we were trying to order and then gave us an attitude when we tried to tell her what we wanted. One of our orders (we only ordered 3 meals) was a bacon bagel sandwich meal and she rung us up as a biscuit. When we got to the window she did not greet us or speak to us other than to grunt, "here" when handing us our bag of food. When we were getting our food out we noticed the wrong sandwich and also that our hashbrowns were just thrown into the bottom of the bag and were all broken up. This was horrible service. We were not able to go back and ask for a correction to the order because we had a 5 hour drive home ahead of us and didn't have time to deal with it. Do better."

"I went through the drive thru and the gentleman that was serving me was very helpful and had great customer service.. he is the only reason you are receiving the 2 star review.. there was a problem with the Tim Hortons app and he was trying to help me in every way and then one of the other employees came over and immediately started spouting off an attitude.. I was in no way being difficult or belligerent. She was extremely rude and had no intention on trying to find the problem. I will never do business again at this location and will make sure everyone I know knows to expect the same terrible service"

"On 9/6/23 I go to this Tim Hortons drive-through usually every morning and today I noticed there was a new worker at the window who handed me the wrong order so I gave it back to him and advised him I’m sorry but this is not my order so he said, OK I’ll check the order now. He checked the order and then gave me another coffee which I thought was a coffee and gave me my food , by the time I got to work which was 20 minutes away. I had realized when I got to work and tried to drink my coffee, but he gave me the wrong order again it was a tea and I work too far from here and I start work at a certain time so I can’t just leave and come right back to go ahead and change my my order or get a refund so I came the next morning to the same Tim Hortons at 2413 Harlem that I always go to and the manager said, unfortunately if I didn’t call, I can’t get a replacement coffee when I told him yesterday there was a new guy at the window and he knows there was a new guy at the window He refused to give me my coffee for Free. He said I need to pay for another one even though he messed up my order yesterday. I get we all make mistakes but this Tims is the worst of all of them and they know I’m a regular or maybe I’m not the right skin tone to get the proper service … very rude .. go else where people … trust me ."
