"The food was good. The meal deals are worth the price. The mac and cheese bowl was overpriced at $10 for what we got. The one employee made all of our sandwiches and was very polite. The lady behind the counter wasn't very nice. She wouldn't help the employee as she was building a charcuterie tray. She abruptly asked the employee to repeat the question that we asked him after he answered it, which came off as rude. We also asked for banana peppers on our paninis which she repeatedly told the employee was extra and had to be charged as so. The food was good, as I said, but the service was ok. The food shop that they have is nice, and a little bit of everything: Utica sauces, specialty cheeses and chocolates, etc. It is nothing that we would go out of our way for though after trying it this one time."

"Great place. Good website ordering. Great timing for a last minute charcuterie board for a house party! My boy Ray hooked me up so well. Will be returning."

"Nice selection of gourmet packaged options. I ordered shrimp from the deli. It was fine. I went looking to buy wine because it seemed like a wine shop from the reviews, but they just have bottles you can buy from the adjoining wine bar. Nothing worked for me. The wine bar has loads of potential but could use help from a designer. Over all, definitely one of the better places to stop by in that area."

"I visited the Epicuse Tasting Room during the first night of Jazzfest. The band was playing and most people were having a great time, dancing and singing along. First time visiting this establishment but it was really nice. I will definitely visit again. Appears to have many drink options. I think the prices are a little high but worth the experience."
