"The menu board was not up and the lady on the microphone was snippy and did not have any knowledge of what was or wasn't 86'd. Whoever took our order tried to force us to have skim milk instead of oat milk. Afterwards, Person working drive through tried to force us to leave without the drinks we paid for. Even then our sandwhiches came out with the wrong ingredients (one was supposed to have bacon but gave us turkey sausage instead). Never again. We had order #1618 at 12:04:56pm."

"My experiences at Dunkin have been incredibly frustrating. I've attempted to place orders there twice, and both times were utter disappointments. The service was abysmal – not only did I not receive my order, but there was also a complete lack of communication from their end. To make matters worse, when I attempted to contact the Dunkin location on Velasko Rd, they repeatedly ignored my calls, leaving me feeling as if they were actively avoiding providing service. This level of customer service is unacceptable and left me with a highly negative impression of Dunkin."
"I went there to get just a coolatta, lemonade, and a bagel and the worker named Jocelyn (hopefully I’m spelling her name correctly.) was absolutely amazing and a huge sweetheart. She literally made my day with how genuine and quick she was. She apologized multiple times despite me not being in a rush; because of the wait. She deserves a raise for how great she is with people :-)"
"Food is good as always. Sandwiches were warm and not overcooked/burned. My coffee was just right. Loved the options in the menu to customize your order of coffee. I appreciate that they have lots of seating and a section with ground coffee to purchase."
