"**update** after several visits in 2023, I decided to update my review to reflect disappointing services. The food was still delicious, but the quality of the service had ruined the place for me. A hidden, unpretentious spot with rotating menus, the restaurant consistently provides excellent dishes at an affordable price range. I have visited this restaurant at least five times since I discovered it in early 2022. The owner is down-to-earth, often greeting and seating guests, and the food was always served fairly quickly. Every appetisers and mains I’ve tried, oh and trust me I’ve tried many different ones, are absolutely fantastic. As for beverages, the restaurant has a small wine selection that hasn’t changed since my first visit, about one or two brands for popular wine varieties."
"My family and I made reservations for a dinner right after Christmas, knowing it could be a tough night to go out. The owner sat us early and the service was fantastic! The menu was unique and had things that aren’t easy to come by in Syracuse. The specials are the way to go for sure! The owner was very attentive and accommodating and it’s definitely a place worth going back to!"
"This was my husband and I first time eating dinner here. The atmosphere was nice and calm. Oh server Jennette was great and super helpful. I definitely recommend the steak. I would definitely come back again."
"The food was good, but not wow. They have a limited menu which was actually nice because everything seemed fresh. Side salads were extra and no bread was offered before the meal. The atmosphere was nice although seating was a little awkward."
"Burger was amazing. Best burger I've had. Fries were a frozen brand that you can find at other restaurant and was an insult to the burger. Chicken sandwich was crispy and tender. Owner was great, but appeared overwhelmed. Staff seemed confused at times. Could be a reaction to the owners tone. everyone was friendly. Place was very clean. No railings on stairs to the lower dining room and restrooms. Elderly patron stumbled coming up the stairs. Music didn't fit the vibe.I believe this place has tremendous potential."
