"Three strikes and I'm done! Unfortunate, because I really wanted to like this place. The first time I booked a service, I arrived an NO ONE was in the salon. It's odd location doesn't help either. You have to walk through a barber shop in order to get to the salon. Anyway the nail was nice enough to call me and let me to let me know that she was running a bit behind. She was pleasant and did a great job. But for me, time is money and her tardiness threw off the rest of my schedule. Second time I made an appt for 9am, which didn't seem odd until I arrived. The mall itself does not open until 10am. So all the exterior doors were locked except for the entrance near Jim's. There is yellow tape blocking off access to the mall as well. So after having to walk underneath the tape and to the other side of the mall. Again no one was in the shop! Not even the barbershop was open. I call the business owner and she states she reached out to the tech. 20 min go by and still no one arrives. So I leave. Time wasted yet again. Not sure why they have available appointments before the time the mall is set to open. Last strike. Figured I'd give it one last shot. Scheduled an appointment that was "open" according to the website and then got a text my appointment was "declined"??? Wasn't aware that was even a thing. lol Rochester is way too small for businesses to lack professionalism and courtesy."

"Great place to get a set of nails done. My nails look amazing! Stig did an awesome job. It takes longer than I’m used to. Where I live it’s a hour and they are rushing to finish, cleaning the station and getting ready for the next while your gel cures. The laying of the acrylic was excellent, she only had to smooth the nails after. No part was rushed and she even cleaned up the underside! There are no flaws in this set."

"I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 15 and this was hands down my best experience at a nail salon. I got exactly what I asked for. Nancee is so nice and professional. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. She has a customer for life. I couldn’t even wait to get home to write this review, I’m still in the mall. I’m more than satisfied, I’m absolutely elated."

"I’m late in writing this review! But even then had to make sure I write it. So that you all know to not hesitate in going! When I visited I had no appointment I was just waiting for my son to finish up his haircut when I decided to ask if they had any spots open. Nancy was very nice and took me before her other client arrived! She was very professional and worked quickly but without cutting any corners. My nails came out perfect even before the shaping! It was also like visiting an old family friend being there. Everyone who came in was friendly and her girls livened up the place and gave a overall homey feeling~ My nails were done close to Halloween I believe Oct. 29-30 and they lasted until well after Thanksgiving so quality and service are all perfect! Would 100% recommend a visit!"
