"The customer service here is great. I struggle to find lipsticks that look good on my complexion, but one of the employees (I think her name was Michealla) helped me. I bought the dark brown lip liner and orange brown lipstick that she recommeded. When I tried them on at home, both looked beautiful! And the lip liner works well with the red and pink lipsticks I already own. 9 times out of 10, I shop at Sephora, but I'll come to Ulta more often too."

"A few weeks ago I went to ulta beauty for an eye brow lamination I told the girl that did them they were uneven I called the store they looked up my name and said come back in I spoke with the manager she would not refund me ! Do not go here for an eye brown lamination! Plus my eye brows are to thin for this service I told the tech this , she convinced me . My eye brows are wrecked"
