"Overall haircut was satisfactory but without any explanation charged $75 when $60 was confirmed before I went in. Also only set half of my hair. Hairstylist Liz was warm at the beginning but as she was cutting she was constantly looking outside and around the salon. I felt she wasn’t present and I felt rushed at the end. With skills, I also seek comfort and care from the beginning to the time I walk out of the service in salon professionals. This was majorly missing."

The stylists there are gifted both artistically and technically, they take training and customer service very seriously, and they are just great, kind-hearted people.
