"I went to Hair Essence Salon the other day and it was nothing but amazing. When I first walked in I noticed the salon was big, clean and had a great vibe. I was immediately greeted by one of the hairstylists, Jackie. She was super sweet and gave me directions before waiting for my hairstylist. My appointment was with Mo. Mo is absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job on my hair. I went in for a silk press. Mo does not just go through the motions with your hair, but actually educates you on your hair and the products to use. She walked me through the process and kept me informed with everything she was doing with my hair. To be honest, I really appreciated the customer service. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone and I will definitely return in the future. Thank you :)"

"Had an appt scheduled for 9am with Mo even received a text reminder the day before. Got to the salon at my appt time and there was no one there and the lights were off. Called the salon number multiple times and waited almost a half hour then finally left. Very unprofessional when the salon is advertised on Google to open at 9am anyway."
